LAHORE: A full bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) Tuesday
gave last chance to three lawyers –Ehtesham Ame
eruddin, Mehar Ahsan and Inam – to submit their replies on a complaint a
gainst them for allegedly manhandling an ad
ditional district and sessions judge.
Barrister Ehtesham Ame
eruddin, Mehar Ahsan and Inam are facing the charges of damaging the decorum of a court and allegedly manhandling a district and sessions judge during hearing of a case.
Islampura police had lodged a case a
gainst these lawyers under terrorism and other criminal charges for allegedly misbehaving with an ad
ditional district and sessions judge in open court an
d ransacking his chamber allegedly for not getting a ‘favourable’ decision in a case.
The case was registered on the complaint of victim Irfan Anjum.
